Frequently Asked Questions
-
We serve mainly Anchorage, Girdwood, and Eagle River. For big jobs or set of clients, we can go further. We have done jobs in Valdez, Seward, and even Sitka.

A waterfed pole is a lightweight, extendable pole with a brush on the end that allows us to clean windows safely from the ground—sometimes up to 6 stories high. It connects to a pure water system, which filters out all minerals and impurities from regular tap water.
The pure water system uses a series of filters—usually carbon, reverse osmosis (RO), and deionization (DI)—to produce ultra-purified water. This water acts like a natural cleaner, breaking down dirt and grime without leaving any spots or streaks behind.
Together, this system allows us to:
Clean windows more efficiently and safely (no ladders needed for most jobs)
Leave a spot-free, streak-free finish with zero chemical residue
Protect your windows and frames from damage caused by mineral buildup

For residential properties, we recommend cleaning once or twice a year.
For Commercial, once a year or more would be beneficial depending on foot traffic.

Not necessarily. For exterior-only cleanings, you don’t need to be home. If we’re cleaning the interior, we’ll coordinate a convenient time with you, but you do not have to be present.

For interior cleanings, please remove fragile items near windows and ensure we have clear access. For exterior cleanings, make sure windows are closed.

It is possible, but as long as the weather is not below 10 degrees F. We use an alcohol solution that is resistant to freezing. We can only service 2 story buildings and homes in the winter. Our summer operations start March 20th and end October 15th.

Not at all. We use soft hoses, ladder pads, and Water-Fed poles designed to protect your property and landscaping. Our Water-Fed pole’s water runoff won’t hurt plants.
